The meeting was attended by the Director-General of the Department of International Organizations and representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting discussed recent developments on human rights issues at the United Nations and exchanged views on Thailand\u2019s priorities and initiatives as an incoming member of the Human Rights Council, including Thailand\u2019s long-standing commitment to issues such as children\u2019s rights, women\u2019s rights, rights of vulnerable groups, rights to health, justice administration, business and human rights and technical cooperation.
